This drawing is of a ten dwelling new build site, showing the road, driveway and dwellings. Also any boundary treatment walls hedges etc; The location and block(site) plans are shown top right above the title block. A further sheet of drawings (not illustrated) will show the foul, road and surface water drainage layouts. More sheets of drawings (non of which are illustrated here) will show the design details of the four different styles of dwellings, and even more drawings show the individual specifications, sections, foundation and roof layouts
